Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. We also ship to APO addresses, and any US Armed Forces Base with USPS.

Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS
deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require express shipping, please call us at 973-462-7555.
We stand behind our menorahs. We are here for you if you have any technical issues, assistance, or damage in shipping. We are here for you in future years to do all we can to help you.
We will replace parts that we are responsible for and make sure you have a menorah that you are happy with and proud of!
