Apply For Shluchim/Wholesale Account Here
We manufacture the display menorahs we sell. That means organisations buying in volume — Chabad houses, synagogues, Judaica retailers, event decorators and municipalities — buy from the source rather than through a distributor, at trade pricing, on terms that suit how institutions actually purchase.
Who our trade programs are for
There are three account types, each with its own pricing tier:
- Shluchim — for Chabad emissaries running public menorah lightings in their communities. Apply for a Shluchim account.
- Wholesale — for Judaica retailers, gift shops and organisations buying multiple units. Apply for a wholesale account.
- Reseller — for businesses reselling into their own customer base. Apply for a reseller account.
Pricing is applied to your account once it is approved. Log in and the trade price shows on every product page — there is no separate catalogue to work from and no quote to wait for on standard items.
What you can order in volume
- LED display menorahs from 12 inches to 12 feet, in aluminum or steel depending on the model.
- LUX and Super LUX menorahs with single or dual-sided illumination and colour options.
- Public art menorahs up to 15 feet for civic and campus installations.
- Bases, bulbs, conversion kits, LED signs and carry cases — the parts that get consumed or replaced year to year, and the ones communities most often forget to reorder.
Why buy from the manufacturer
Replacement parts are the practical reason. A display menorah lives in storage eleven months of the year and comes out to be assembled by whoever is available that week. Arms go missing, bulbs fail, controllers need reconfiguring. Because we build these, individual parts are available on their own and we can tell you what fits what — which matters far more in year three than the price did in year one.
The build reflects the same thinking: aluminum that will not rust, an automatic controller that advances the lights nightly without anyone returning to the site, and a wheeled canvas case with a pocket per arm so the display survives being packed by a different volunteer each year.
Purchase orders
Institutions often cannot pay by card. Purchase orders are accepted as a payment method, so a synagogue, school or municipality can order against a PO and settle through its own accounts process.
Getting set up
Apply through the form matching your account type above. Applications are reviewed before pricing is enabled, so allow time ahead of the season rather than registering the week you need to order — Hanukkah demand is concentrated and lead times lengthen as it approaches.
If you are unsure which tier fits, or you are planning an installation and want to talk through sizing, siting or budget before you apply, contact us and we will point you the right way.
